Bob Kosse

The Resume, 📃 of Bob

After completing my BSc degree in Business IT, I explored what the adult world had to offer. On this page, you can see what has happened since that moment.

Mission & Vision

This is what I stand for 🌟

Vision

A world without barriers is often closer than we think. Not by strictly following laws and regulations, but by looking at things differently. I believe that this way, we can achieve a world without barriers. A world where everyone can truly participate.

Mission

My mission is to help organizations become more accessible and inclusive. Not just on paper, but with proven results. Accessibility and inclusion are not just expenses, but have a clear Return on Investment.

My mission is a world without barriers. A world where accessibility is not an afterthought, but the norm; so that everyone feels welcome and at home.

Scrum Master

VodafoneZiggo

November 2018 - March 2019

At VodafoneZiggo, there was a short-term project where a lot had to be delivered with the team. I facilitated this team and helped achieve the highest possible productivity to complete the project on time. To do this well, we adopted several elements from the Scrum methodology. Also to align with the rest of the organization where Scrum is the standard.

A conscious decision was made not to implement the full Scrum methodology. The project to be executed was tightly defined in advance, so it was clear what work needed to be completed and when. By using various elements of Scrum, we were able to complete the project faster than originally planned.

Scrum Master

T-Mobile

March 2018 - November 2018

Guiding 2 teams within T-Mobile. Core tasks were to increase the reliability, flexibility, and productivity of the team. In addition, I gave various training sessions and workshops on Scrum and Agile working. Together with T-Mobile's Agile Coach, we developed and executed a plan to clarify Agile working throughout the organization. For this, we organized workshops, Q&A sessions, and lean coffees.

Guiding the transition to a new way of working at the Reclamefolder.nl team. Core tasks were to increase the reliability, flexibility, and productivity of the team. I helped the team embrace the Agile mindset, helped management embrace the Agile mindset, and helped the sales team understand the basics of Scrum.

Scrum Master

MarketScan Solera

May 2016 - September 2016

At MarketScan, I guided a project team in implementing Agile working. Among other things, dealing with and working through resistance from both the organization and team members was part of my tasks. The team developed a high-end solution for processing large amounts of data (around 11 TB per month). Many things were still unknown.

I helped the team divide the work and find ways to work better together. The organization gave me free rein in this. For example, I introduced real 'team days' where the team worked together in one room on the best possible solution without external disturbances.

Team Coach & Organizational Developer

De Organisatie Veranderaars

May 2026 - July 2025

I help entrepreneurs build a future-proof organization. No silos, no hassle, but one cohesive unit that works smartly and responds quickly to change.

Digitization plays a key role in this. Not as an end in itself, but as a powerful means to simplify processes, improve collaboration, and strengthen ownership within teams.

With humor, sharpness, and involvement, I create a safe and ambitious environment. An environment where people take initiative, take responsibility, and continuously improve.

I help you as an entrepreneur to get the most out of your team. Not by managing, but by leading. By providing direction, offering space, and deploying smart digital tools that make your organization agile.

My goal is clear: to make myself redundant. I leave behind organizations that grow independently, where technology supports rather than hinders, and where you as an entrepreneur are ready for the next step.

Digitization is not an IT party. It is the foundation for an organization that is ready for the future.

Sharing knowledge on paper 📚

Although Dutch was not my best subject in the past, I find it powerful to convey written information. That's why I like to share my knowledge through blogs and books.

SOPHIA, The Wisdom of Agile Organizations (2024)

I had gained a lot of experience with Agile working and saw a lack of practical explanation for smaller businesses. Businesses that cannot afford expensive consulting firms, but can still gain a lot from what Agile has to offer. That's how SOPHIA came to life.

Learning by Doing (2017)

I had been working as a Scrum Master for several years and it continued to amaze me that it remained an 'IT party' for some reason. So I did some research and quickly noticed the benefits for other fields. This book has the subtitle: "The Versatility of SCRUM". That's exactly what you will discover in this book.

Interests

Things I spend a lot of free time on ⌛️

Besides everything I do, I also make time for hobbies.

Family

If I were to classify this as a 'hobby', I would have some explaining to do at home, of course. Still, I really enjoy spending time with my family (wife, son, daughter, and 2 cats).

Music

Hard of hearing and music? It turns out to work quite well. I like to play the guitar and try out almost every instrument I can get my hands on.

Sports

Health also needs attention. I go to the gym at least twice a week. Additionally, I enjoy cycling (mountain biking and road cycling). In winter, I often do the latter indoors with Zwift.
